Winbond Electronics Corp. is committed to achieving the highest standards of environmental, safety and health (ESH) performance, and providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees through a consultation mechanism with employee representatives. We will comply with applicable regulatory requirements, and implement best practices to prevent occupational injury, illness, environmental pollution and property damage.

We emphasize individual responsibility for preventing incidents and losses by all employees and at all levels of management. Employees at all job levels are required to follow applicable ESH procedures. We will continuously improve our ESH performance by reducing work related injury rate, water and energy consumption, key chemicals usage, and major pollutants emission. We firmly believe that “Design for ESH” concept is the key to a sustainable enterprise.
